We envision developing materials for tissue regeneration and advanced healthcare. A key challenge in regenerative medicine is the lack of biomimetic systems that can simultaneously guide tissue repair and provide real-time physiological feedback. To address this, we aim to design bioinstructive biomaterials (refer to lab website) to create materials that can sense, respond, and heal. Our approach will bridge fundamental biomaterials research with clinically relevant solutions for tissue engineering.
